Topic: Leading Through Talents & Leveraging the Power of the Team

Each leader will learn about their individual talents and build a plan to invest in them further to turn them into strengths.  Team members will gain perspective on other’s talents and what each of their fellow team members have talent in.  They will also learn how to coach their teams to lead with their talents and invest in them to turn them into strengths.

We will focus on gaining a clear understanding of talent theme categories and how to leverage the team strengths grid and earn to apply the grid to specific objectives and goals. Talent Theme synergies and help illustrate how each individual is truly unique and has much to contribute in their own way.Team members will begin to understand theme synergies for themselves and for the other members of the team. Includes activities, interactive session guides, tools, and more.
