She has held executive leadership positions and successfully steered new markets from conception to multimillion-dollar success stories. Her track record includes overseeing P&Ls reaching up to $1 billion at Fortune 500 technology giants like Adobe, CDW, Insight Enterprises, and US Cellular.
Kim's expertise extends beyond the boardroom; she is an in-demand keynote speaker and was recognized as a Top Speaker at Vistage, where she is also a member of a CEO group. She currently holds the esteemed position of Chairperson on the Board of Directors for the BBB of Chicago and Northern Illinois. Kim is an active participant in the Executive's Club of Chicago, where she sponsors the Women’s Leadership Executive Forum, serves as an executive coach in the LEAD high-potential leadership development program for future C-Suite leaders, and frequently delivers impactful leadership talks. Moreover, Kim is a distinguished member of the Forbes Coaches Council, where she contributes valuable insights on leadership and high-performance teams.
