Governor Pritzker promised to think big for Illinois on the campaign trail--and he’s set out to do just that since his inauguration. From passing the minimum wage increase to plans to improve the state’s roads and bridges, the governor’s goals are aggressive. Earlier this month, Pritzker shared with the State-Journal Register that he’s “excited about the fact that we have so much energy and enthusiasm for accomplishing a lot in this first legislative session.” He’s made it clear from his first few months in office that he plans to waste no time making his vision a reality.
